We went to the Christmas Cheer Board in December. It is an organization that gives food hampers and Christmas presents to people who can’t afford any. It is in a very large building and the floors were very grimy. There was no hot water in the bathrooms but they were very clean. Most of the furniture was donated and the staff had decorated by putting posters in lots of places. There were lots of pennies to roll and huge boxes of presents to give away. We rolled pennies and had lots of fun.
