Two hours and ten minutes…
Just got an email from my Mom and my Dad. They are sweltering in Managua (35 degrees) and there is no water. Diriamba is much cooler, certainly a much better place for physical labour.
Their visas run out next week so they have to endure some more long line ups and longer waits (in the heat) to get them extended. I am sure they will be feeling the “theory of relativity” during that experience as well.
They are hoping to get away and enjoy some birding at Montebelli for a couple of days. It will be good for them to have some time to recharge their batteries.
I so glad, they’ll be able to get away! I know they’ve had a tough couple of weeks.
